Nintendo, Electronic Arts, Namco Bandai, Codemasters, Paramount, Trion and Alienware are the latest organisations to sign up to the Games Zone at Gadget Show Live Professional next month.

They join an already impressive list of exhibitors in the Games Zone including Epic Games, Capcom, Game, Turtle Beach, Kick Energy, Active Rides and KW Automotives. The area also features the Game Stage, eSports tournament and retro free play area.

Gadget Show Live takes place on 3-7 April at the NEC, Birmingham and is preceded by the one-day trade event Gadget Show Live Professional (register for free passes at

Nintendo returns to Gadget Show Live Professional after a successful three days exhibiting at Gadget Show Live Christmas with the Nintendo Wii U games console on launch day.

Electronic Arts is bringing the EA Hub to Gadget Show Live with FIFA 13, Need for Speed Most Wanted, Dead Space 3, Tiger Woods PGA Tour 14 and Crysis 3.

Trion, Paramount and Codemasters will be showcasing games on publisher Namco Bandai Partners’ stand. Trion with Defiance (PC, Xbox 360, PS3) (releasing end of April); Paramount with the eagerly awaited (PC, Xbox 360, PS3), which is slated for 16 April and Codemasters with Grid 2 out 31 May.

Epic Games is hosting its unmissable Make Something Unreal Live tournament with its four shortlisted teams of aspiring game developers working live onstage throughout the show. Games industry gurus including Peter Molyneux and Miles Jacobson will also be on the stand.

Capcom is showcasing three unreleased titles: Remember Me, Resident Evil Revelations and Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. The publisher will also be hosting a competition for visitors to its stand to win a fantastic arcade machine worth £3,000 in celebration of Capcom’s 30 th anniversary.

Game is offering a 10% discount to all Gadget Show Live visitors who buy new games at the show. A first for any consumer show.

Gaming celebrities Ali-A and KSI, hosts of two of the world’s leading YouTube gaming channels, will be showing off their skills on the Game Stage.

eSports is running an adrenaline-packed 16-team Counter Strike: Global Offensive tournament with a fantastic £10,000 cash prize up for grabs. Featuring the top teams from across Europe, the tournament will take place on 5-7 April. eSports will also be hosting single-day turn-up and play tournaments for visitors.

Visitors can also take part in casual or hardcore single and multiplayer gaming challenges on the Game Stage in the Game Zone, as well as enjoy the ever popular retro free play area.
