“My plan is to start with Randy Pitchford’s opening keynote, then I want to listen to Amir Rao talking about the creation of “Bastion”. Later the same day there’s a session about physically based shading that I simply have to go to, but I also want to see Nathan Vella who did Swords & Sworcery EP and learn how to promote my own games, and I don’t want to miss the Live Pitch either.”
Today the planning for Nordic Game 2012 has begun for conference goers, as the full program schedule for the event has been released.
With five parallel tracks covering areas such as creation, technology, and production, it’s all about taking choices.
Tim Willits on “Building Rage”? Or maybe a session with audio wizard Carl Wikman of EA DICE, talking about “Mixing and Mastering Battlefield 3”? If you’re a production guy you can’t afford to miss dev legend Don Daglow and his “5 ways producers and production can unlock creativity”, but maybe you’re more into design? Phil “Fez” Fish and his “Good Design” talk be the better choice then.
More than 45 sessions awaits you at Nordic Game 2012. Check out the full program schedule here – and if you haven’t signed up for the conference yet, go straight to registration. This way.
