The Radiangames Bizarro Sale, where buyers can "Save -400%" by waiting for the sale, is an experiment in pricing and promotion unlike any before. After being available for $1 for all of 2011, the price of the games will permanently raise to $5 in just 3 days.
The Radiangames series, which has more than 155,000 downloads and 43,000 sales to date, was recently featured on Gamasutra in a detailed post-mortem. The post-mortem took a detailed look at the experience of developer Luke Schneider as he created 7 high-quality games in a mere 11 months.
During the lead up to Bizarro Sale event, the soundtracks of the games are available for $0.99 each, or 50% off the normal price of $1.99 each (until June 28 th).
