Open Network Entertainment Launches SafeCard for Young Gamers

Open Network Entertainment, Inc (ONE) today announced the launch of the ONE SafeCard, an age-specific prepaid card for online games, worlds and social networks. With a focus on gamers 13 and under, the card is launching with the popular online community site Fantage.
