Partnertrans offers USK age rating services

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

SLOUGH, UK&METTMANN, GERMANY - May 26, 2009– Partnertrans, one of the leading interactive entertainment localisation agencies today announced the introduction of a new service. Partnertrans will now also be providing consultation and support for publishers wishing to submit their games to the German USK for age rating purposes.

"More and more publishers have been asking us to help them in their dealings with the German USK as our main office is based in Germany. We therefore felt this would be a great addition to our current range of localisation solutions and I am happy to confirm that we are now ready to offer this additional service." stated Iris Ludolf, International Operations Director at Partnertrans.

“We’re introducing this service at a perfectt time: As it was recently announced that all game versions, demos and trailers / showreels that are to be shown during gamescom need to be submitted for an age rating before the show starts.” Ludolf further added.

Founded in 1998, Partnertrans has evolved from a small company to one that now operates globally with clients all across Europe, North America and Asia. Over the years Partnertrans’ range of services has steadily increased to meet the demand and today covers all language related fields for interactive entertainment, including: translation, voice recordings, linguistic QA and language specific content creation.

Mastering the challenges of the vast number of new platforms, mobile gaming and MMOs, as well as meeting the requirement for new languages in new markets, Partnertrans is already making plans for the continuation of the success story. In addition to their flagship office in Germany and the new office in the UK, they will soon be expanding in other territories as well.
