(N.B. The monthly games chart is based on titles released and reviewed in the last month. The apps chart is based on titles reviewed over the last three months. Hence, this is not a cumulative chart and earlier released titles may have higher scores.)
Concrete Software's Wordsplosion takes the coveted #1 slot in the Android Qi game chart for February. It's a bright and breezy word game in which your word-guessing skills go up against the clock. In third place this month is Vector, which has been making a massive impression through its stylish parkour action. Think of a more fleshed-out Canabalt and you're halfway there. Zombie Road Trip, meanwhile, is the latest casual delight from Noodlecake Studios. Noodlecake's recipe this time? Splice some endless-running gameplay with plenty of zombie-splatting action. Finally, Die Hard sneaks in at #10 like John McClane skulking through an air vent. In this slick 3D shooter, you are dumped right in the middle of your own action movie. Yippee-ki-yay, Android gamer!
Does the world really need another Android launcher? If it does, then 91 Launcher could be a good place to start, for it has topped the February Android Qi app chart. Down in fifth spot, meanwhile, imo messenger lets you call your friends and family for free. Yep, it's another IM app, but it's an extremely slick one, and it enables you to link together 11 of the most popular IM networks. Glory be! Carbon has FINALLY made its way over to Android. This is possibly the slickest and straight-out best Twitter client available for mobile phones. And in at #10, we have Epic Citadel, the stunning 3D graphics demo produced by superstar game developer Epic. Download it to see just how powerful your Android device really is.
We'll continue to provide an updated listing each and every month, together with a round-up of the year. For all the up-to-date information on which Android games, apps, and publishers are reviewing best, head on over to the Android Quality Index now.
