The principle is simple:

Burn ropes and wood, throw bombs and play about with the decor, but watch out for puffs of air, bats and water drops, which will all put out your flame. Overcome the obstacles as quickly as possible!

It's a race against the clock which requires concentration, tactics and dexterity.
