Rovio celebrates the first anniversary of Angry Birds Seasons with a new animation and Halloween episode

Espoo, Finland – 21 October 2011 – Rovio Entertainment today released a brand new episode called Ham'o'ween for Angry Birds Seasons. The new episode is accompanied by a brand new animation, and it includes a new bird character.

The latest episode brings 30 brand new levels for Angry Birds Fans, and the inclusion of the new bird adds up to a total of eight birds in the player's arsenal. In addition to the eight regular birds, the players also have the option to purchase the Mighty Eagle.

The Halloween-themed animation stars the Blue Birds in a hilarious adventure, where they are introduced to their latest companion, the Orange Bird. Rovio is planning to release more Angry Birds animations in the future, through various channels.

No plans or schedules for additional birds have been announced yet. 

Angry Birds Seasons was originally released in October 2010. In one year, Rovio has provided episodic updates for the game for Halloween, Christmas, Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Summer, and the Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival.
