BARCELONA, Spain–Monday, February 14th– Stonetrip, the leading 3D engine studio for games and 3D applications, will be working with Texas Instruments Incorporated (TI) this week at Mobile World Congress (MWC) exhibition in Barcelona. As a TI technology partner, Stonetrip will be demonstrating stereoscopic 3D (S3D) games powered by its ShiVa3D engine and optimised on TI’s OMAP TM 4 platform for mobile devices. The latest version of ShiVa3D, v1.9, supports a wide number of platforms from desktop to handheld, with mobile devices one of the fastest-growing games markets for developers and end users. Its support for the OMAP 4 applications processor means that ShiVa3D developers can make use of the full range of features including high-definition video, textures, S3D and touchless gesture capabilities.
