Roman Frank, CEO
Roman studied Information and Communication Solutions in Eisenstadt/Austria. He wrote his thesis about“Adapted dynamic in-game advertising - ADIGA”. As CEO he supervises the team building as well as the product coordination and the strategic positioning of Newtracks.
Daniel Bock, Head of Products
Daniel worked 6 years in the music business as a band manager, tour manager and booker, before he went into games industry. Until last he worked as a product manager for Crowdpark– the social betting game on Facebook. At Newtracks he is responsible for the product strategy and the monetization of the products.

Norbert Haacks, Head of Game Design
Norbert studied computer science in Paderborn/Germany before he went to the Games Academy Berlin to get his qualification in Game Design. Last he worked for a social game company in berlin as a game designer. At Newtracks he is responsible for the Game Design of the products.

Hendrik Lesser, Co-Founder
Hendrik worked more than 13 years in the game industry. Among others he worked for Take 2 Interactive ( Grand Theft Auto – Series) as a development manager. Since 2005 he is CEO of RCP– Remote Control Productions, the most prestigious production house in Germany. At Newtracks he brings in his senior know-how as the second managing director.
