NEW YORK- April 14th, 2009– Paradox Interactive today announced that it has reached a publishing agreement with Kerberos Productions to continue publishing the Sword of the Stars series to a worldwide audience of 4X Strategy Gaming Fans.
Sword of the Stars was originally released in August 2006 followed by two expansion packs; Born of Blood, released in June 2007, and A Murder of Crows, released October 2008.
Sword of the Stars was hailed as a major milestone in 4X Space Strategy games upon release, praised for its unique combination of turn based strategy and real-time space combat.
