The Lord of the Rings: Aragorn's Quest - Character renders and screenshots revealed

Thursday 22nd July 2010: Screenshots and all new character renders from The Lord of the Rings: Aragorns Quest have been revealed worldwide. The screenshots feature brand new footage from the PS3 and Wii formats of the video game. Highlighting all new aspects of gameplay and revealing clues to the Middle-earth locations that will feature in the game. Renders of key characters Aragorn, Gandalf, Legolas and Gimli are also now available.

In The Lord of the Rings: Aragorn's Quest, players become the legendary Aragorn and embark upon a quest reliving the hero's most valiant battles from The Lord of the Rings trilogy. Wielding a sword, shield, bow and spear, players will battle enemies and journey through a colourful and fresh rendition of Middle-earth where they can switch between spear and sword on horseback, taking down evil foes in a truly action-packed gameplay experience. Two-player co-op gameplay featuring Gandalf allows kids, families and friends to work together in the heart of the action.

The Lord of the Rings: Aragorn's Quest is due for release September 2010 on PS3, PSP, DS and Wii formats. Lord of the Rings: Aragorn's Quest will be one of the first games available with which players can utilise MOVE Motion controller technology on the PS3.
