Liverpool, UK – 13 th September 2012 - Mobile games publisher, Thumbstar Games, is delighted to announce that multiplayer shooter Space Off is now available on the Google Play store.
Promising frenzied multiplayer action on a single device, Space Off sees players duke it out against one another in a laser-filled warring galaxy.
Gameplay is a hybrid of arcade favorites Pong, Breakout and Asteroids, with players attempting to destroy and break through to the other side of their opponent’s base by firing lasers at asteroids and propelling them towards their target.
Using the simplest of touch mechanics, your lasers will cause the asteroids to accelerate with growing ferocity, and with various power-ups flying onto the screen, the battle becomes increasingly tense until one is declared victor!
Space Off is Thumbstar’s fifth published mobile gaming title this year this year. Headed up by industry veterans Martin and Gareth Edmondson, Thumbstar’s title catalogue continues to grow with a list of high quality, varied Smartphone gaming experiences.
