Triolith Entertainment releases MEGATROID worldwide

Skövde, Sweden – August 1, 2012 – Swedish mobile developer Triolith Entertainment releases their newest and biggest mobile game MEGATROID to Apple Appstore and Google Play.

MEGATROID is a free-to-play space adventure platformer coming to both iOS and Android in July. It features an intriguing sci-fi story coupled with amazing visuals and engaging gameplay reminiscent of a time when games came in gray cartridges.

Triolith Entertainment CEO Magnus Söderberg states:

"We have been working for a full year to deliver what we think is a fresh experience to anyone loving the old-school platformers and challenging mobile games. We’ve been through a lot these past 12 months and now we are ready to share our work of passion to the world!"

MEGATROID has seen an early release in Canada, Australia and New Zealand in order for Triolith Entertainment to get some early impressions. The results have been very positive.

Game Director Malte Johansson states:

“We’re extremely happy with the response that our early release has received! People are either loving it, or suggesting a lot of helpful improvements. The community really is a five-star way to get those high-demand changes into the game as soon as possible and we’re already gearing up for the second chapter of MEGATROID!”
