Two projects of the remote control productions developer network are nominated as Selected Projects for the Game Connection Amer

Munich, 29.02.2012 – The Munich based production house remote control productions (rcp) will attend the Game Connection America 2012 this year. Aside from showing diverse titles from the retail, browser and download sectors for PC, console and mobile devices, two projects created in our developer network have been nominated for the Selected Projects: The first person puzzler “Phobos” of the Munich indie studio Wolpertinger Games had already been critically acclaimed as students’ project. Since, it has been continuously evolved. The second successful studio was Chimera Entertainment, who made it into the Selected Projects with its action RPG concept “Tarot”, beating out more than 70 competitors.

remote control productions just co-founded the Berlin based serious games developer It Matters Games, which is specializing on mobile development for the said genre. Additional highlights of the developer network include two recent awards at the German Developer Awards 2011. The iOS runner game “Demolition Dash” (Chimera Entertainment) won the award for “Best Handheld Game” and the XBLA shooter “Zeit²” (Brightside Games) won the award for “Best Game Design”. At Game Connection America 2012, rcp will be presenting games from the following studios: Chimera Entertainment, Brightside Games, Clockstone Studio, Newtracks, Piece of Pie Studios, Wolpertinger Games and GamesInFlames.
