MORRISVILLE, N.C. - Oct. 6, 2008 - Vicious Cycle Software, a premier developer of interactive entertainment and game development technology, today announced that the new version of its game development engine, Vicious Engine 2 (Ve2), will be premiering in Eat Lead: The Return of Matt Hazard™ for the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft and PLAYSTATION®3 computer entertainment system.
The recently announced title Eat Lead, a third-person shooter with a sense of humor, by D3Publisher (D3P) employs all of the next-generation improvements to Ve2’s rendering and animation systems, including overhauled lighting and shader technology, advanced audio and AI, and enhanced physics and path finding.
