Vykarian Announces New CEO and Company Name

SHANGHAI, China - September 24, 2008

Vyk Global, Inc., one of the leading game development service providers for the video game industry, today announced industry veteran Tom Sperry as its new chief executive officer and chairman of global operations. Sperry brings over a decade of video game production and business development expertise across multiple gaming segments, and is charged with streamlining operations and developing the company’s worldwide presence. To kick off its efforts, the company also announced that it has renamed itself Vyk Games Inc., in an effort to promote its globalization efforts and game development presence worldwide.

Prior to joining Vyk Games, Sperry served for three years as CEO of Exit Games and held senior management positions with HNC Software (Executive Director) and Looking Glass Studios (Director). Tom began his career at Microsoft Corporation, where he served as International Program Manager in the Games Division.

“Video game development is becoming more and more difficult to manage as consumer expectations continue to rise and we challenge Hollywood for leadership in the entertainment market,” said Tom Sperry, CEO of Vyk Games.“As developers and publishers face increasingly higher costs with development projects and tighter deadlines to deliver a high quality product, there are many areas in which Vyk Games can help our partners achieve those goals. Our intention is to help these companies develop great games, deliver on time and achieve higher profit margins. I look forward to heading up our efforts globally and offering great service in this increasingly competitive market.”

In a market where development costs continue to spiral out of control and schedules tighten, outsourcing has become a necessary solution to preserve and stabilize continued industry growth. To meet this demand, Vyk Games was established in 2006 by a group of industry veterans to offer a full array of services geared to help video game developers and publishers achieve development goals within a sensible budget. Specializing in high quality art, design and development services with expertise in time management and effective communications, the company prepares itself for continued growth and expansion worldwide.

“We are excited to have a veteran leader like Mr. Sperry on board to lead the company in this exciting time of growth,” said Mike Liao, Principal of China Seed Ventures– the lead investor in Vyk Games.“The global video game market is predicted to reach US$50 billion in annual revenues by the year 2011, and outsourcing is anticipated to grow to US$3 billion annually by 2010 representing 40% of total game development spending. This presents a unique opportunity for Vyk Games’ continued leadership in the industry working with some of the most well known brands in gaming as it expands its operations worldwide.”

Sperry has been officially appointed as acting CEO and Chairman as of September 1, 2008.
