Ubi boss calls for PS3 price cut

Ubisoft's CEO Yves Guillemot has told Reuters that he expects Sony to lose market share in this console generation - unless the format holder drops the price of the PS3 hardware.

"For sure, Sony will have a different market share... lower than before," he told the news agency.

"They have to decrease the price quite significantly."

Guillemot also revealed that Ubisoft is set to unveil a new, exclusive PS3 title - which is likely to be unveiled at  the firm's Ubidays press event in Paris next week.
