Infogrames restructures Atari board

Four new independent directors and chief restructuring officer introduced
Following its recent assertions that it has plans in place to ensure US publisher Atari returns to profitability, owning company Infrogrames has announced a number of new appointments to the Atari board, according to Gamesindustry.
Curtis Solsvig III, managing director of AlixPartners, has been appointed as the new chief restructuring officer, whilst Eugene Davis, who was involved in the restructuring of Delta Air Lines and Atlus Worldwide, has become the new non-executive chairman.
Other appointments include James Shein, Bradley Scher and Wendell Adair, who all join the Audit, Compensation , Governance and Special Committee’s.
