ASIA: EA confirms Warhammer

Electronic Arts has announced it is to launch and operate Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau.

Working closely with developers EA Mythic, GigaMedia will provide marketing, community management, technical support and customer service functions.

Wang, chief executive officer of GigaMedia. “GigaMedia will bring this most anticipated MMORPG title, Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning, into Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau. Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning is a fantasy MMORPG based on Game Workshop’s Warhammer tabletop war game.
