E3 08: Gears Of War 2 dated

Gears Of War 2 will be released worldwide on November 7th, Epic Games has told assembled media at this year’s E3.

Speaking at Microsoft’s press briefing this morning, Epic Games boss Cliff Bleszinski walked the crowd through the title on a big screen – showing off giant new foes and the game’s slick co-op mode.

He also discussed a new feature, ‘horde’ mode, in which five players can take on ‘increasingly tough’ waves of locusts until they meet their demise.
