Cafe.com sells Boonty to Nexway

French firm snaps up casual games portal is cash deal

Casual games portal Boonty, which is owned by US-based Café.com, has been sold to French digital content firm Nexway for an undisclosed amount. Boonty co-founders Mathieu and Roman Nouzareth claim that the sale will allow them to focus on their other social games site Café.com.
