One of the most eagerly awaited titles of the year has touched down at retail and is proving to be a massive hit with consumers. Star Wars: The Force Unleashed has given gamers and the legions of Star Wars fans the chance to play with the powers of the mysterious Force like never before.
The release has left many of us fully engaged in finding new and possibly hilarious ways of killing Stormtroopers and generally misusing the full power of the Force. And now there’s a new way to control those mighty and deadly powers – through A4T’s Star Wars stylus sets for Nintendo DS.
Accessories4Technology’s officially licensed Star Wars range for DS is a highly collectable range and let’s face it, the fans of Star Wars are definitely in the market for collecting memorabilia.
A4T’s sales and marketing director Bill Stirling told MCV: “We promised the trade that we would underpin our core accessories range with the biggest licences. With recommended retail prices ranging from £6.99 to £14.99, we’ve once again elected products that provide innovative and quality additions to the gaming experience.”
A4T’s Star Wars DS range includes five different SKUs: The three pack light sabre stylus set, the Jedi Battle Kit, the Vader Battle Kit, the Yoda Battle Kit and finally the highly intriguing two pack light-up sabre stylus.
The three pack light sabre stylus set comprises stylus’ moulded in the classic styles from the films and video game – red for Darth Vader, blue for Jedi folk and green for Yoda.
The Battle Kits, also known as character sleeve kits, contain three stylus suited to the colour design of the character. These packs also include stickers that customise and keep the DS safe from scratches. The Battle Kits even include a case to store the stylus.
Finally, the soon-to-be-available light-up sabre stylus set is just the kind of gadget to appeal to sure to attract all Star Wars fans. With each pack containing one red and one green light sabre and powered by tiny watch batteries, they light up when in use, perfect for playing in the dark or for plain old-fashioned showing off.
As the old joke goes, Darth Vader knows what you’re getting for Christmas because he has been feeling your presence. And there’s a very good chance that these A4T stylus sets will be finding their way into the stockings off Star Wars fans across the country.
