Just Dance 4

The dance-centric neon-fetishism continues in Just Dance 4, which is the second in the series to go multi-platform and the first to head to Nintendo’s newest console, Wii U.

There are over 40 tracks in the game including ‘Good Feeling’ by Flo Rida, and Maroon 5’s ‘Moves Like Jagger’ alongside tracks by from artists such as Barry White and The B-52’s. There are also all-new dance moves to master and a host of new features.

The popular Just Sweat mode receives a major upgrade with new workout sessions, personalised programs, and calorie counter.

A battle mode has also been added allowing party-goers to challenge each other in five rounds of dance battles with unique choreographies and music.

DANCE OFF
“Marketing this year is focused around a huge TV campaign both at launch and at Christmas with X Factor spots kicking off each run,” says Ubisoft brand manager Rachael Grant.

Ubisoft is also partnering up with Republic clothes stores to feature a Just Dance 4 promotion and competition in all of their UK outlets.

“Just Dance 4 is one of the strongest casual titles releasing this Christmas on Wii, Wii U, Xbox Kinect and PS3 Move,” adds Grant.

“With its massive fanbase and great new features it really is a ‘stocking filler’ worth stocking.”

TV & PRINT
Just Dance gets the X-Factor by advertising during the talent show. There will also be a video-on-demand campaign and online advertising on mainstream media outlets Digital Spy and Cosmopolitan.co.uk.

AUTODANCE
The Just Dance Autodance app, that made mini dance videos by using footage filmed on a phone, was downloaded nearly two million times and version two is coming this year and will be supported through mobile advertising.
