The arrival of the first Men In Black film for ten years brings with it Men In Black: Alien Crisis.
Continuing the wisecracking humour and frantic intergalactic action that has made the films a success, this standalone game puts players in the polished black shoes of Peter Delacoeur, a trainee MIB. Gamers must seek out and stop enemy alien life-forms planning to annihilate Earth. This boils down to ducking, blasting and dodging their way through action packed levels filled with villainous aliens.
The story has been scripted by Starlight Runner, a firm selected by Sony Pictures to ensure any Men In Black products are consistent with the big screen outings.
PS3 and Wii owners can throw themselves into the role thanks to PS Move compatibility and the Wii’s motion controls. For those wanting to hone their precision, the game also supports the Wii Zapper, PS Move Sharpshooter and Top Shot Elite devices.
Men In Black: Alien Crisis offers gamers a two player split-screen option on every level, allowing them to team up with a friend and create their own partnership like that of Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones. There is also a round robin style four-player option, letting fans compete to see who is the best MIB?agent.
With the hype surrounding the suits’ return to the cinemas in Men In Black III, Men In Black: Alien Crisis will provide players with a title that captures the action, humour and excitement of its big screen counterparts.
