Nintendo 2DS Pokemon X&Y bundles arrive this week

Nintendo has revealed a pair of 2DS hardware bundles featuring Pokemon X and Pokemon Y for a select US retail release later this week.

Target will begin carrying one of the bundles on December 6th, and Toys R Us will offer the other starting on the same day.

The Target bundle includes a red 2DS and a pre-installed copy of Pokemon X, while the Toys R US bundle packs a blue 2DS and a pre-installed copoy of Pokemon Y.

Both bundles will cost $149.99, and Nintendo notes that stock will be limited. The 2DS, first announced back in August, currently retails at $129.99.
