A number of titles have already been confirmed as offering extra graphical features on Sony’s new PS4 Pro.
It’s not just Sony games, either – several titles from other publishers will support enhanced options of some sort, be that upscaled visuals, HDR or improved framerates.
The upcoming titles that will do so are:
- Horizon Zero Dawn
- Days Gone
- Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare (and Modern Warfare Remastered)
- FIFA 17
- Battlefield 1
- Mass Effect: Andromeda
- Spider-Man (Insomniac)
- For Honor
- Rise of the Tomb Raider
- Watch Dogs 2
- Killing Floor 2
- Far Point (VR)
Furthermore, some existing titles will be patched (for free) with PS4 Pro enhancements:
- Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End
- Deus Ex: Mankind Divided
- Infamous: First Light
- Shadow of Mordor
- Call of Duty: Black Ops 3
- Paragon
Rise of the Tomb Raider, in particular, will offer some quite in-depth features, such as the ability to choose between a 4K 30fp mode, a 1080p 30fps mode with ‘Enriched’ visuals or a 1080p 60fps mode for more fluid gameplay.
