Another a new studio has today not only opened up shop but also, like a lot of other new teams, immediately declared intentions to develop of the WiiWare platform.
Austin, Texas-based Steel Penny is formed by a number of former Naughty Dog staff and is "busy at work on an original IP title set to release in mid-2008" via WiiWare.
Studio president Jason Hughes commented: "I am impressed with the egalitarian approach Nintendo has taken toward WiiWare developers. It allows the risk burden to shift back onto the creative developers."
