Astralis signs sponsorship deal with Danish glass screen protection outfit PanzerGlass

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive outfit Astralis has signed a sponsorship deal with PanzerGlass, a Danish glass screen protection company.

Dot Esports, reporting on the news, believe the deal to be worth somewhere in the region of half a million dollars. The deal will see PanzerGlass launching a number of products with Astralis branding.

"One of the big strengths in this partnership is the chance to bring retail and end-consumers together," said Lene Bach, Head of Global Marketing, PanzerGlass.

"We are designing a range of new products, planning fan-hangouts with retail partners, organising meet n’ greets for fans, coordinating various esport related competitions for end-consumers and our retail partners—and a lot more."

The deal was put together by esports outfit RFRSH, with help with Lagardère Sport Denmark. RFRSH formed last year and is involved with several teams, Astralis, GODSENT and Heroic. Astralis and RFRSH seems to have been a lucrative one for the Danish CS:GO team, who are currently sponsored by Turtle Beach, CS:GO training outfit Boomeo and now PanzerGlass.
