AUSTRALIA: DualShock 3 dated

Sony’s DualShock 3 controller will hit retail shelves in Australia on April 24th for a price of AU $99.95.

The controller will also arrive in New Zealand on May 9 for a price of NZ $109.95.

The announcement was prompted by a shortage of Sixaxis controllers in this territory.

Due to the shortage of Sixaxis controllers, we decided that Australia should be the priority for the new DualShock 3 pads,” said a Sony spokesperson to MCV.

The DualShock 3 will be released in other territories soon, but there’s no dates to confirm just yet.”
