Bizarre upcoming adventure Catherine will be released in the UK this year, courtesy of publisher Deep Silver.
The adult-oriented game – which blends action adventure and puzzle gameplay with horror themes – has already generated plenty of coverage in the gaming press. It will arrive on multiple formats.
Gamers control Vincent, a man who cheats on his girlfriend Katherine with seductive blonde Catherine, and begins having nightmares from his guilt. Players must guide Vincent through his monster-ridden nightmares and help him make moral decisions. Catherine also boasts competitive and co-op multiplayer modes.
The game is already out in Japan from publisher Atlus andarrives in the US on July 26th for PS3 and Xbox 360. In the UK it is due for release sometime this year and will be distributed by Koch Media. The UK version will feature text localisation.
