Reports suggest the developer network has returned in some regions

PSN dev network still down in UK, but hopes climb

The PlayStation developer Network remains offline for UK studios, Develop has heard.

Several British studios confirmed the network was still down, though reports are gathering its return is imminent.

The network could possibly return region-by-region, one studio boss told Develop

A widely-reported post on games forum Neogaf read:

"The internal PSN developer network is online again, at least it seems for some, although things are still a bit shaky at the moment such as lack of new account sign up," reported NeoGAF user Kagari.

"Looks like the full network, at least the online play/account part of it, will be back soon."

After missing previous deadlines Sony is now refusing to date a return for the network.

PSN shut down on April 20th, following a devastating data breach that compromised details of over 100 million accounts.

Sony could not be reached at the time of publication.
