Tomb Raider Trilogy pack confirmed

Crystal Dynamics has announced that a Tomb Raider PS3 trilogy pack will be released in Q1 2011.

The release will include Tomb Raider Legend, Tomb Raider Anniversary and Tomb Raider Underworld on one Blu-ray disc.

A retail listing appeared on Amazon Germany before developer Crystal Dynamics confirmed its authenticity.

Global brand director for Tomb Raider Karl Stewart said on Twitter: Yes, it’s official. A Tomb Raider PS3 Trilogy pack is coming in the New Year. Full details coming next week – watch this space.”

Amazon has listed the pack’s release date as March 22nd, 2011. It states that all three games will offer trophy support with a collector’s edition unlocking male and female PlayStation Home avatars.

The news comes following the announcement of a Tomb Raider reboot. A brand new Tomb Raider game is in development which will focus on the first adventures of a young and inexperienced Lara Croft.
