David Haddad promoted to Warner Bros games boss

The head of Warner Bros Interactive Entertainment David Haddad has risen to become the president of the publisher’s games business.

His promotion was announced by DC and Warner Bros Consumer Products boss Diane Nelson and the president of WB Worldwide Home Entertainment Distribution Ron Sanders.

Haddad joined Warner Bros in 2013 as SVP of Digital Publishing before moving over to be EVP of Publishing Operations in 2014. At the start of this year he was promoted to EVP and GM of Warner Bros Interactive Entertainment.

David has proven himself to be a leader who is equally adept at the creative and managementsides of the games business,” said Sanders.

This promotion recognises the many contributionshe’s made toward WBIE’s record-breaking success this year, and we’re looking to him tocontinue the division’s momentum.”
