Don’t forget: Gamescom roadshow this Thursday before the MCV Awards

There’s still time to register to for the London leg of the Gamescom tour, which showcases plans for the 2015 event.

Organisers of the big summer trade and consumer games show Gamescom are once again outlining plans for the trade and consumer event on a world tour over the next few months.

The London leg of the tour takes place just ahead of the MCV Awards at the Lancaster London Hotel, from 2pm on this Thursday, April 16th.

Representatives of the German trade body BIU and show host Koelnmesse will meet with publishers, media, exhibitors, developers and distributors to tell them more about Gamescom 2015, which runs from August 5th to 9th in Cologne, Germany.

It’s also a good opportunity to hear Gamescom’s anticipated trends and innovations in both the local German and international games markets. If you want to attend the London presentation, contact Daniel Schmid ( or Nick Fielder (

The London event will include a presentation from UKIE about the UK exhibitor group heading to Gamescom.

The Gamescom team are planning stops elsewhere in Europe, Asia, Brazil and America as they continue to extend the show’s international reach and stature.

  • China and Korea – Week commencing calendar week 21
  • Spain – May 27th
  • France – May 28th
  • USA – during E3, June 16th to 19th
