Publisher EA has yet again been awarded top marks for its corporate equality culture.
It’s the third year in a row that EA has scored a 100/100 in the annual Corporate Equality Index, which rates businesses based on their corporate policies and practices pertinent to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender employees”.
Such a score is only awarded to companies that demonstrate organizational competency on LGBT issues, a public commitment to the equality for the broader community, as well as equal employee benefits”.
Other top scoring companies include GameStop, Apple, Ebay, Facebook, Google, Microsoft, Intel, Time Warner and Viacom.
Amazon scored only 90/100 (for the second year running), Sony Computer Entertainment America 85/100, Hasbro 75/100 (up from 25), Netflix 80/100, Nvidia 75/100 and McAfee 25/100.
