Interface takes place tomorrow – Here’s everything you need to know!

Interface– the UK’s interactive content marketplace, presented by MCV and Develop -takes place tomorrow,November 12that St Mary’s Church in London (see map below).

The full schdule can be seen below, complete with conference sesions, private pitching, games showcase, funding advice and more.

Registration opens at 9.30am, with the three main elements running as follows:

10:00 – 17:00 – Expo
10:00 – 16:30 – Live Stage
10:15 – 17.00 – Private Meetings

The Live Stage conference runs alongside the Expo and Private meetings and features key speakers talking about the issues that matter to Interface delegates, namely: getting your business up and running; pitching and finding a publisher; PR, marketing and promoting your game; and how to grow a games business in the UK.

Interface is structured to be as affordable as possible for games businesses of all sizes, with the basic indie expo pass free and indie tickets for the meeting system (which guarantees you a day’s schedule of private meetings with publishers looking to sign new games) priced at 59 +VAT.

Indie game expo spaces are 199 + VAT and include involvement in the meeting system.

For publishers and larger studios, an expo pass is 20 + VAT, and the meeting system rate is 149 + VAT. Publishers looking to host meetings for the day pay 500 + VAT.

The Interface Meeting System is at the heart of the day, with private meetings between delegates and hosts. NewBay Media take all the details of attendees and hosts and matchmake them, based on requirements and needs. Plus there’s a conference and public expo running throughout the day.
