Some of the biggest names in UK retail are going head-to-head in the MCV Awards retail category this year.
Nominees this year include GameStop, GAME, Steam, EA Origin, Tesco and Amazon, who get nods for things including breaking out and growing online brands, power-house digital distribution stores and mainstream sales influence.
Elsewhere, new products that have helped bridge the gap between the digital and physical world score nods in our Digital Retail Innovation category, with nominations for Mind Candy, OnLive, and SKUs including FIFA 12 Ultimate Edition, Portal 2 PS3 (with bundled PC rights), and Skylanders.
