The latest iteration of Multiplay’s i-Series takes the competitive gaming event to a new venue: Telford International Centre.
i43 will take place over the August bank holiday weekend (Friday, August 26th to Monday, August 29th) and will see gamers battling in a range of tournaments for money, games and hardware.
The total prize pot comes in at 30,000 and is likely to rise as more sponsors sign on closer to the event. Multiplay has promised that some of the biggest upcoming games will be present.
Previous i-Series events were held at Newbury Racecourse. More than 3,000 consumers are expected to compete at i43, with an additional 2,000 spectators.
Multiplay managing director Craig Fletcher said: The i-Series of multiplayer events have always been a sight to behold but in our new home at the Telford International Centre, it’s going to be our biggest and best yet.”
