Firewatch has outsold Campo Santo’s ‘wildest expectations’

Indie hit Firewatch has out-performed developer Campo Santo’s commercial predictions.

The developer announced the good news via its Twitter account, saying: Firewatch has out-sold our wildest expectations. Campo Santo is going to be around for a while and we can’t wait to make whatever is next.

Thank you to everyone who has made that statement possible.”

Firewatch is Campo Santo’s first title. It was in development for almost two years, with the team featuring veterans of Telltale and Studio Ghibli.

It launched for PlayStation 4 and PC on February 9th. PC players can take pictures within the game and have them printed out.
