Flight sim show set for take off

Just Flight has announced details of its flight simulator exhibition, which will debut next month.

The event will take place at the Imperial War Museum in Duxford during the Battle of Britain Air Show, which is held on Saturday September 4th and Sunday September 6th.

Just Flight has teamed up with other leading players in the industry, such as Aerosoft, Alpine, First Class Simulations, Flight1, RAFSim, PC Pilot, RC Simulations, Komodo Simulations and Saitek.

The event will be held at the indoor exhibition hall and will feature the latest releases and leading figures from the flight sim community. The Battle of Britain Air Show is expected to attract up to 25,000 visitors over the two days.

We’ve discussed the possibility of hosting our own flight sim show with the Imperial War Museum in the past, and now we feel ready to move ahead with it,” said Just Flight’s marketing boss Scott Phillips. The UK has needed a flight sim event for some time; we always wanted to do it and this was a good opportunity.

We’ve invited other publishers and developers from the flight sim industry to come along, and all the major players have taken stands. Big LCD screens will show off the latest releases, while products will be available to buy at the event.”
