Free-to-play LittleBigPlanet heading to PS3

Sony has announced a new free-to-play iteration of its hit creative game series LittleBigPlanet.

LittleBigPlanet Hub, announced during Sony’s Gamescom conference, will be released for PS3, although no release date was given.

As with previous entries, the game will allow users to create levels and characters from a selection of objects and costumes.

They will also be able to buy additional items online.
