Some of the Disney IP in line for an appearance in the still unannounced Disney Infinity 3.0 have seemingly been revealed online.
Videogamer reports that the rumours stem from Chinese retailer Taobao. 11 characters are named in total including Olaf (Frozen), Sam Flynn and Quorra (Tron Legacy) as well as a number of Disney characters – Mickey and Minnie Mouse, Mulan and a selection from this summer’s upcoming Pixar movie Inside Out.
Surprisingly there has not yet been any talk of any Star Wars: The Force Awakens figures, although that would certainly come as no surprise.
Perhaps leading credence to the rumours, all references to the news have now been removed from two of the original sources – Infinity Enquirer and Taobao.
2015 is going to be a busy year for toys-to-life. Skylanders is returning for a fifth outing, Nintendo continues to announce additions to its Amiibo range and of course LEGO is making a big move on the market with its new LEGO Dimensions.
