G2 nabs the new French CS:GO super team, EnVyUs takes the rest of the players

It has been a known quantity for months, but the major French shuffle in CS:GO has finally happened and G2 Esports has come out with the best of the lot.

G2 Esports new CS:GO roster sees Richard "shox" Papillon and Alexandre "bodyy" Pianaro stay with the organisation and former EnVyUs players Nathan "NBK" Schmitt, Kenny "kennyS" Schrub and Dan "apEX" Madesclaire join. Eduoard "SmithZz" Dubourdeaux, who was a player on the G2 roster has moved into the coach position for the new team.

With the new players coming in both Adil "ScreaM" Benrlitom and Cédric "RpK" Guipouy have left G2.

RpK has ended up on EnVyUs along with fellow newcomers to the team Alexandre "xms" Forté and David "devoduvek" Dobrosavljevic. Both Vincent “Happy” Cervoni and Christophe "SIXER" Xia are the remaining two members of EnVyUs.

ScreaM is expected to join FaZe Clan in the coming weeks, but this has yet to be confirmed.

“The CS:GO community has been very kind and supportive to G2 Esports and we feel grateful that many of you have chosen us as your flagship team,” said G2 Esports founder and CEO, Carlos “ocelote” Rodríguez Santiago. “In light of your support and the continued growth of CS:GO as an esports game we decided to increase our commitment in our CS:GO roster significantly with the signing of this superteam.”
