Grainger Games eyes appointments

Grainger’s Games’ expansion is continuing at a rapid pace, and now the firm is looking to make some high-profile appointments to grow its business even further.

Although we have historically trained and developed people in-house, combining this with bringing in some people from outside can contribute a fresh perspective and bring in new ideas,” says Grainger Games’ chairman Jonathan Fellows.

We recently identified the need for a website manager, ideally with experience of having run a website for another bricks and mortar retailer; while we also need an experienced logistics and distribution manager to manage the expansion and operation of our distribution facilities.

We’ll also need to expand our Head Office team to manage our growth, in particular in the buying function, we are approaching a size at which we will need to appoint a commercial director to develop the core buying and merchandising relationships further. We see the commercial director as the key appointment this year.

Having created around 100 new jobs in the past twelve months, we now have a dedicated email address at where people can send their details and find out what career opportunities may be available.”
