GEM CREATIVE – New PR & marketing manager named

Gem Creative has appointed Faye Le Duc as its PR and marketing manager.

She most recently held a senior position within the national accounts team at Gem, and has previously worked for AMD and Imacula PR. She will work alongside the Creative marketing team on bespoke marketing campaigns, trade events and offer assistance to other Gem divisions and brands.

NAMCO BANDAI – Bradley promoted

Lauren Bradley has been promoted to senior product manager. She joined the publisher in 2009.

Lauren has showed incredible passion for Namco Bandai titles and the games industry in general. She demonstrates great commitment towards the titles she works on and has shown that she has dedication on new IP with titles such as Enslaved and masimising product potential and pushing the business forward.”

DISNEY –Former Blizzard man becomes Marvel VP

Bill Roper, the former VP of Blizzard North and CCO of MMO specialist Cryptic Studios, is to assume the role of vice president of the Disney-owned Marvel franchise.

He was also the founder of now-closed Hellgate London developer Flagship Studios.

WARGAMING.NET – Menou heads up new Euro office

The online game developer and publisher has hired Frdric Menou as managing director of its new European office in Paris.

He has previously worked as Euroupean MD and support services director at Blizzard Entertainment. He will oversee Wargaming.net’s operations on the continent as it recruits more than 40 people for the new office.
