Reimbursements offered, with Ninja Royal and Infinity Blade Cross among the casualties

DeNA terminates five Mobage games

Japanese social gaming giant DeNA has shut down five of the games running on it’s Mobage platform.

As reported by GameBiz.jp and translated into English-language news by Dr Serkan Toto’s website, the five games to go include high profile titles Ninja Royal and Infinity Blade Cross, the latter of which is a Japan-only social interpretation of Epic’s hit iOS series.

The other games terminated are the aquarium-based Aqua Collection, farming sim Bokujou Hokkorina, and the Japanese We Rule, which just recently saw its US counterpart closed.

The quintet of first party social titles terminated follow the recent shut down for Mobage games J.J. Rockets and No More Heroes: World Ranker, both products of DeNA’s ‘super creators’ series, developed by comcept’s Keiji Inafune and Grasshopper Manufacture’s Goichi ‘Suda 51’ Suda respectively.
