PlayLogic signs with Koch

Dutch publisher Playlogic is taking its products to new territories, thanks to a new distribution agreement with Koch Media.

The deal marks a significant step forward in the evolution of Playlogic following the launch of a new North American publishing office and the recent announcement about its move into the iPhone sector.

Koch Media will distribute Playlogic’s titles in the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, Switzerland, Norway, Sweden and Finland.

Rogier Smit, VP of Playlogic said: We are very excited about our partnership with Koch Media. Their extensive knowledge of the European market together with their strong distribution network is sure to provide Playlogic with the springboard to penetrate European territories even more aggressively.”

As part of the agreement, Koch Media will handle Playlogic’s 2009 line-up including Infernal: Hell’s Vengeance (Xbox 360), Aliens in the Attic (Wii, DS, PS2), Obscure: The Aftermath (PSP) and the hack’n’slash platform adventure Fairytale Fights (PS3, Xbox 360 and PC).
