NHL 2K now available on iOS, Android

2K Sports’ mobile hockey game NHL 2K has launched for iOS and Android and is now available for purchase on the Apple App Store and Google Play.

The title arrives for the mobile platforms after having missed its original release date earlier this month – though the Amazon Appstore version promised is still nowhere to be found.

The app runs $7.99 and includes My Career, Mini Rink (3v3), Shootout, NHL Winter Classic and Free Skate modes.

Unfortunately, there has been word of technical issues with the game from Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 and iPhone 6 users – so owners of those specific devices may want to wait until the problems are addressed.

NHL 2K is the first mobile offering from 2K Sports’ hockey franchise since NHL 2K11.
