NiP, Luminosity and H2K all sign Overwatch teams

Ninjas in Pyjamas and H2K have both entered Overwatch for the first time by signing European teams, while Luminosity sign a new American squad.

Ninjas in Pyjamas is one of the biggest names in eSports, mostly thanks to its legendary CS:GO team. Earlier this week the organisation signed Finnish Overwatch team SG-1. The roster includes Lauri mafu” Rasi, Kalle hymzi” Honkala, Antti kyynel” Kinnunen, Joonas zappis” Alakurtti, Joona fragi” Laine and Joni seita” Paavola.

The Ninjas in Pyjamas legacy is about being at the top of every game we compete in and there is no exception as we enter into Overwatch: Our goal is become a top team during 2016,” said Hicham Chahine, CEO of NiP. Together we will be writing a new chapter in the history of Ninjas in Pyjamas. We are excited!”

Elsewhere in the European scene Luminosity has signed a new team after losing its original roster to Shaq. The new team is the former 2sTroNk roster, which has shown decent performances across many of the big qualifiers. The new Luminosity team features Arthur "Eissfeldt" Marx, Vytis "mineral" Lasaitis, Kalle "Zave" Haag Nilsson, Jani "Tseini" Khknen, Dominik Ruster” Waffler and Tim Manneten” Byhlund.

Finally H2K have also entered the world of Overwatch for the first time by signing the former Kids Next Door roster. The team is only a few months old and has failed to post any major results, despite solid performances in qualifiers. The roster includes, Bobby "Kresnik" Wiemer, Joe "DeaftJoe" Natale, Ian "Fareoh" Spurrier, Graham "Graham" Spurrier, Marisa "m4risa" Tachau and James "Esper" Southall.
